SPIC MACAY and TATA teleservices tie up!

We are pleased to inform you that SPIC MACAY has entered into an all India level tie-up with TATA Teleservices limited, a group company of TATAs, who have agreed to support us financially & to develop an on-line for promoting the cause.

As a measure of recognition of the contribution made by TTL, SPIC MACAY has agreed acknowledge TATA DOCOMO’s presence as its National Lead Sponsor for all events, i.e. Virasat, FEST, Conventions (State & National) and place the LOGO provided by TTL prominently in all promotional advertisements/printed materials, made by SPIC MACAY for the publicity of various events at the local or national level..

SPIC MACAY has also agreed that it shall not select any secondary sponsors which are competitors of TTL. TTL has acknowledged that SPIC MACAY shall be entitled to display the brand, trademark, logos, word mark supporters/sponsors. However, the display of the TTL Logo shall be given at a prominent place or under the SPIC MACAY logo/name and the mark/logo of such other co-sponsors shall not exceed 60% of the size of TTL Logo. TTL logo has to be as per specified by the TTL representative. The logo is also available on our website.
SPIC MACAY will share the contact details of it chapter co-coordinators & organizing members with TTL. Simultaneously TTL will provide the list & contact details of its representatives & activation agency appointed by TTL to facilitate coordination and alignment of plans. The contact list provided by TTL will be shared with all coordinating members of all chapters.
In view of the above, it is requested that the following points be adhered to by all SPIC MACAY volunteers and constituents in letter & spirit :-
(a) Mediate and facilitate with the administration of the host educational institution on behalf of TTL in getting the necessary permissions for placement of TTL’s brand display & event promotional material only at the venue ( excluding auditorium ) including setting up non intrusive walk thru zones comprising of standees , counters etc. for conducting engagement activities..
(b) Make announcements in the beginning & in the end of the programme acknowledging the support and sponsorship of TTL.
(c) Prepare a consolidated monthly calendar of events in your region by the 22nd of every month which would list events scheduled for the next month along with the tentative dates and venues . In the event of a revision/change of a scheduled date, the same may be informed to the concerned representative of the TTL’s activation agency appointed by TTL, at least 5 days in advance of the event’s rescheduled date.
(d) Send an adequate number of photographs showing the TTL branding at the venue latest by the 2nd of every month to SPIC MACAY ,41/42, Lucknow Road, Delhi 110054, as the same are to be submitted to the TTL authorities by 4th of each month.

It is pertinent to mention that your whole hearted support in strengthening the relationship with TTL will benefit SPIC MACAY immensely.

the page was made by volunteers from mnit jaipur and it crossed 1000 members in less than 10 months which previously no other spic macay related page had done..

Dear All,
It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that SPIC MACAY programme "Music In The Park" in association with RTDC & JDA for this month is scheduled. In this episode the performance will be given by:

Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar (Hindustani Vocal).

Venue and Date is as usual prefixed Central Park, every Second Saturday of the month. For this month the date is Dec. 11, 2010. The timings of the programme will be from 05:30 PM to 07:30 PM.
